Our Preventative Roof Service & Maintenance has been based on years of roof installation, repairs, and maintenance experience. Our focus is to prolong the roof life and its ability to prevent water penetration to the structure.
There are many potential problems that can result in a roof leak. Leaves and dirt collected over the months, debris left behind by contractors maintaining roof mounted equipment, a broken roof mounted equipment leaking chemicals on the roof surface, or simply someone who decided to have a drink or meal on the roof deck can all result in a roof leak.

Roofs that have a history of problems should be inspected and serviced two times a year. There are roofs that simply have no hope. They may be too old and the deteriorating process to advanced to repair. In many cases the roof membrane has lost too much granulation and cannot deter water. Instead it saturates with rain allowing water to penetrate and leak into the structure.
Applying a proper reflective coating can lead to a better and more efficient roof. By protecting the roof membrane (cap sheet). Applying a reflective roof coat can be beneficial and profitable for all of our clients. Not only will you be up to current code standards, but studies show that because of the reflectance and emittance provided by the elastomeric coating, less energy is used to cool or heat a building. This means that a saving in energy cost can be expected.
